Because of the custom nature of each order, we are unable to accept returns and cancellations are unavailable, so we encourage you to carefully review your order to ensure its accuracy before submitting. We highly recommend you learn about our materials and carefully review the rendering that will be provided to you after you place your order. We will use reasonable efforts to inspect materials, or have materials inspected, before being delivered to the customer. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will use reasonable efforts to expedite manufacturing-related claims in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Buying "Online" can be scary! Especially when ordering custom. Do not worry! There are several phases your rug will go through prior to actual production. We keep a close eye on designs and colors and will not begin production until you have approved your rendering. After you approve your rendering we create a small sample of your rug which we will mail to you. We want you to be happy with your design before we put it into production.
